Here are some words of advice and wisdom that have helped our family and team.

      You can’t walk around life thinking you are going to feel happy at random times. You actually have to train that ability!

 

2. Quote to Ponder 
      “Where the head goes, the body follows. Perception precedes action. Right action follows the right perspective.” – Ryan Holiday

 

3. Improve Your Balance 
      Find out how good your balance is or how to fix a balance and activation problem in this simple exercise with no equipment required. Let your balance be where it should be.



4. How Will You Use Your Extra Hour? 
      Are you going to crush a deadline at work or catch up on sleep? Will it be for catching up at all? We’ll be “falling back” to standard time on Sunday, but that doesn’t mean we should fall back from looking after ourselves. Don’t waste it, USE IT!

 

5. Flip Your Script
      More often than we like, we tend to tell ourselves a story of doom, especially when facing health problems. Remember, you are the narrator of your life, and you can tell the story otherwise by flipping your script and speaking your optimized health into reality.
