Hey Everyone!

Here are some new tools and tactics from the week to help you live the best version of yourself!
1. Life can feel like a whirlwind of activity. I’ve noticed some challenges falling asleep because the brain can be so active with our thoughts and emotions of the day. I’ve added a new routine before bed and on my drives, I’ve gone back to listening to Michael Singers free Untethered Soul lecture series on YoutubeIt’s 10 min chunks of life changing wisdom. Enjoy!
2. A book I’m currently reading is called  Essentialism – The Disciplined Pursuit of Less by Greg Mckeown. This should be a textbook in schools. Its a new way of thinking about productivity and life. It’s a systematic approach determining where our highest priorities are.  Here is a book summary.

4.  Did you know balance is just as important as strength and can improve 200% in just two weeks of training? This is my second time sending this video but I don’t want you to miss it!
5. Small observation from the week. We were in Fort Langley, and my son saw the alarm companies branded sign in one of the windows and said “its just like pa’s house”. “You’re right I shouted!” I found it fascinating how brands truly exist in the mind! I had to ask myself, which brands are we letting in our home? Which brands are we letting in our kids minds and how does it influence their choices?
