1. Exercise: Does your head feel like a bowling ball? Try this neck stretch to get some relief. From yours truly.
2. Personal Growth: Do you have Family Core Values? We all value different things but what are your Top 3? The non-negotiable attributes to live by? For our family it’s 3 C’s, Communication, Compassion and Creativity.

3. Sleep: A good nights sleep protects your brain. Sleeping less than 5 hours per night doubles your risk of developing dementia *. Avoid bright lights in the evening, make sleep a priority, keep bedroom temperature low, limit caffeine are all starting points. If pain is keep you up, give us a call!
