Here are some tools and tactics to live the best version of you!
1. Our family loves strawberries, but they are getting suspiciously gigantic! I was reminded that Strawberries are the #1 pesticide ridden food on the market unless purchased organic! Here is the “Dirty Dozen” list, consider buying organic for these foods. EWG is a great resource to make informed healthy consumer purchases.
2. I’v become fascinated with Tim Grover after reading his book. He was the personal trainer of legendary basketball player Michael Jordan for 15 years and Kobe Bryants for 10 years. Did you know, before every practice and game Michael would start with a chest pass? Michael would obsess over the fundamentals and believe he had never mastered the game. What are your “chest passes”? Is it eating well, moving more, healthier thinking, having a clean space, or work ergonomics?

3. While this molecule is tiny, Bee Pollen has the “richest source of vitamins found in nature in a single food”. It also has more protein per weight than beef, eggs or chicken. Almost every health wise grocery store will have it or you can buy it online.

4. I recently had my son’s car seat forward facing and was reminded by a colleague to keep our kids rear facing as long as possible. Rear facing protects their spine during the most common type of accident, a rear end collision. I made the switch based on his weight and height. Here is a resource to give parents more information.
