Here are some tips and tools from the week that have helped us.

3. Muscle Therapy: Daily self care of your connective tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints) is critical to aging well and injury prevention. This massage gun seems effective and relatively price friendly. Worth considering adding to you health tool kit (foam roller, lacrosse ball etc).
