5 For Friday!

As we head into fall time and Thanksgiving, we reflect on the year and the changes and challenges we’ve all faced.

We are grateful for the opportunity to be apart of your lives and help you achieve your goals. Thank you.

Here are some tips and tools from the week that have helped us.

1. Book recommendation: Our family has revisited the book “Energy Bus” By Jon Gordon and were reminded of his printable “10 rules for the ride of your life”. In particular, rule #8 “love your passengers”.

2. Exercise from Dr. Alibhai: Restorative Hip Opener. It helps ease the tension in the low back and hips and primes the body for the day.

3. Quick Energizer: Around 2:30pm, I’ve noticed that 1/2 tsp of matcha tea does the trick of giving me an extra boost of energy without feeling overstimulated. It’s a great alternative to coffee with an abundance of health benefits.

4. Multivitamin - The brand we currently use is Canprev Immuno-Multi. It provides a broad dose of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and may help elevate your current state of health.
