Here are some great tools and tactics to live the best version of yourself.  Have a great long weekend!
1.  Feeling restless, keyed up or overwhelmed? Check out Dr. Shahana’s latest blog post to educate and inspire you.
2. Poor eyesight is a growing problem. Here is a fascinating video on how this fellow dramatically improved his eyesight naturally. The bottom line is: sleep in a dark room, buy an eye chart to train from and consider online courses for eye exercises. Fact: Kids who sleep in a completely dark room have better vision as adults.

4. Product we love: Monk Fruit Sweetener
The Monk Fruit is known as “loo Han guo” or the “Buddha fruit” and is a small round fruit in Southeast Asia.  It has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine but was only approved as a sweetener by the FDA in 2010. It is said to be 100x as sweet as sugar with zero calories. Can be bought here.
