 We wanted to share 5 new things that have helped us this week.

1. Mindset Tip: Do you have a scarcity or abundant mindset? A podcast featuring Jay Shetty reminded me of this. It’s easy to teach our kids there are limits to success in life. For example, only so many people make the basketball team or only so many people get accepted to a university. When it comes to happiness, when it comes to contribution, when it comes to success there are no limits. Think about this: “In the theatre of happiness the tickets are unlimited.”

2. Food and Diet Tip: If you are a late dinner eater like we are after putting the kids to bed.
