Hey Everyone,

Here are some tools and tactics to live at your best!  Happy Mother’s Day and have a great weekend!
1. Chillipad - I was waking up at night often and very warm despite all attempts. A better nights rest starts with lowering your body temperate.  The chilli pad is placed under the mattress  and allows you to control the temperate through circulating water. It’s an investment but something to consider to boost your sleep quality. They often have refurbished models for sale.
2. Book I’m reading again. Becoming A Supple Leopard by Physiotherapist Kelly Starrett. It’s a heavy book!  Great book for the weekend warrior or curious George! You can always ask us at the office if you need extra help with any exercise.

4.  Supplements – The best supplement is no supplement, but even my diet isn’t perfect! Start with the foundation for your family.  Just to review. A quality multivitamin, Fish Oil and Vitamin D. We now carry all of three including the 100% organic and synthetic free multivitamin at our office by Innate Choice.  I’m noticing many of us are deficient in Omega 3’s and its creating chronic underlying inflammation.
