5 For Friday!


Here are some tips and tools from the week to live at your best!

1. A patient jokingly asked if there was a 2 for 1 on Black Friday at our office. We had a good laugh! I reflected later and asked the question, how often does our health go on sale? The reality is everything is a trade off. Be consistent and do the work. Continue to make your health number one.

2. Do you like bread but want to cut out the gluten, carbs and “the crash”. We love this Keto bread with olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette.  Just 3 ingredients, 90-seconds, 1 Mug. Here is the recipe. We toast afterwards and then had your toppings as desired!

3. It’s the time of the year we see “ING” Syndrome. Too much cookING, shoppING, drivING, workING. Do you have it? I know we are feeling the time crunch and extra challenges. Stress easily creates tension in our spine and muscles and pulls it out of line. Get in and get adjusted to keep you going! 

4. Feeling the tension in the shoulders and neckWe shot this video for you! All you in need is an arm and a wall!  I do this stretch almost every night before bed.
