Here are some tips and tools from the week to live at your best!

1. Recent Purchase. This Spoonk acupressure massage mat was gifted to me and now Shahana uses daily before going to bed. Simply laying on it for 5-10min before bed seems to be very relaxing and tension releasing.

2.   Shahana and her sister Shabita will be speaking at the BC Women’s Show on Sunday at Noon about Breast HealthShahana is a family physician at the Abbotsford Breast Health clinic and Shabita is a Naturopath. I will be there with the family and hope to see you there!

3.  Reflections from a Visit:  “It’s cold out there”. Iv heard this many times after recommending patients go for a walk to improve their pain and health. You’re right it is getting colder, but how bad do you want it? Are you clear about your health goals? Have you set a timeline for them? Don’t wait for it to be warm again before you take action.  Go put on a jacket and sometimes you just have to “do it”
