Here are some tools and tactics from the week to live the best version of you!

1. A Powerful Morning Ritual: Have you heard of Priming? It’s a 10 min routine started by Tony Robins and its not meditationPrime your brain for the day and you will notice a change in your energy, focus and performance. It may even change your life! Watch him perform it here.

2. Eat the Rainbow: With a “picky” eater at home, we printed a picture of a rainbow and asked our eldest son to choose three colours to “eat” for the day.  Giving him the power of choice and a visual seems to be helping, so far!

3. Digestion Tip: Fennel Seeds have long been used in the Indian cuisine after a meal. They are often seen as sugar coated candies at restaurants. It has a calming effect on the digestive system, reducing bloating, gas and indigestion. We use it at home – without the candy coating! Chew half a teaspoon after your meal and thats it!
