2. I’m currently reading “You Are the Placebo” by Dr. Joe Dispenza, It’s been a shocking reminder that 95% of our skills, habits, and beliefs are from our subconscious mind. It’s like a pre-programmed operating system. Activities like riding a bike, tying your shoes, reading and speaking have become automatic programs. This also means that we have 90% of the same thoughts today as we did the previous day. How do we break this? Seek out new positive experiences, expressions of gratitude, mediation, being around new people and exercise! It doesn’t matter your age or condition,  your brain is “plastic” and will change and heal you as your challenge it.

3. Do you find yourself always running short of time? Shahana sent me an email about something called “Hofstaders Law”. The bottom line: when planning a task use the 2x+15 rule.  What does this mean? Simply double time time you expect a task to take you then add 15 min. Be kind to yourself and accept that things often take longer in real time
